I'm glad you stopped by ... put your feet up, grab a glass of tea, sweetened if you like, and let's share this journey together.

I am an ordained pastor in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and serve as minister of family life for a congregation in Iowa. 

I seek to learn and deepen my faith and work through spiritual formation in the contemplative wisdom tradition.
